Survey Reveals that New Zealanders Refuse to Grow Old Gracefully

Updated Dec 4, 2006

The recently conducted ACNielsen poll that showed most persons worldwide consider 60s the new middle age, also reviewed that New Zealanders were not willing to age gracefully. Not surprisingly, 37 percent of young persons aged 18-24 polled were more than willing to use cosmetic surgery to slow the aging process. Kiwis aged 21 – 29 said that 30s was definitely the new 20s.

Like in the other forty one countries where the internet poll was conducted, New Zealanders also agree that aging has changed in the 21st century and they are happy to reverse the aging process.
