No one can deny the phenomenal accomplishment of Michael Phelps at the recently concluded Beijing Olympics. However, before Phelps was even born, Mark Spitz was the one setting records in the pool. His record for most medals won in a single Olympics has stood for 36 years. Recently he opened up in an interview with a popular online plastic surgery site, in which he discussed his use of Botox among other things.
According to the site, cosmetic surgery is part of his multi-dimensional approach to being his personal best. He is also happy with the way Botox has gotten rid of his former “angry” and “perplexed” look. Now Spitz says he intends to reach other men with his message, and hopes to put cosmetic procedures, such as the use of dermal fillers, in a positive light. The Olympic champion also said he uses sunscreen and confessed to using whatever skincare products his wife has to home.
