Actress Kate Winslet won legions of fans for her role in the blockbuster, Titanic. She is also admired for having what is regarded as a natural body and not resorting to cosmetic procedures popular with the Hollywood crowd. However, her latest photo shoot for Vanity Fair Magazine caused some controversy according to reports after suggestions of airbrushing were made.
The actress has responded by saying that it took six hours to prepare for the shoot, which showed her lying naked on a fox-skin rug. She made it clear to fans that she doesn’t “look like that all the time.” Winslet went on to say, “I don`t look in the mirror and go: `Oh, I look fantastic!` Of course I don`t. Nobody is perfect.”
This is not the first instance where she has garnered criticism for a magazine photo. A 2003 cover for GQ magazine seemed to show a thinner and taller Winslet than fans were used to. The actress says she keeps in shape by doing Pilates and eating right.
