Forty-five year old former Miss America, Vanessa Williams admits to Botox use on TV. The singer and actress revealed to Barbara Walters that she used Botox as does almost every woman that she knows. According Williams, “I certainly do Botox, which I definitely think that almost every woman that I know has.” She went on to call Botox “a miracle drug, no cutting, nothing…”

Williams said that for her Botox is meant to be refreshing, admitting that once she decided to have the wrinkle-reducing jabs she told her doctor, “I am not looking for perfection, I am looking for refreshment.”

Williams plays Wilhelmina Slater in the hit show Ugly Betty.
