Actress and singer Vanessa Williams has reportedly confessed to using Botox to refresh her look. The 43-year old former Miss America said she turned to the anti-aging injection when she hit forty to keep her good looks. The actress however said she wasn’t looking to be perfect and needed her face to move. One major side effect of improperly done Botox injections is the stiff, unmoving forehead (frozen forehead) seen on some users.

In 1983 Williams made history by becoming the first African-American to win the Miss America crown. She was forced to give up the crown shortly after when nude photos of her appeared in Penthouse. Williams has however moved on to establish a successful career as a singer and actress.
