An exhibition currently underway at the Neue Galerie museum offers art with a twist. According to online reports art lovers will get the chance to buy lipstick inspired by one of the paintings. The exhibition features the work of the late artist Otto Dix.
Estee Lauder has teamed with the art gallery to offer a new lipstick called Berlin Red. The Otto Dix painting that led to its creation is Portait of the Dancer Anita Berber. It comes packaged with a compact mirror and it will be sold at the gallery’s gift shop throughout the exhibition.
The Neue Galerie is part of what is known as the New York City Museum Mile. Otto Dix was a famous German expressionist who was known for his uncompromising style. The exhibition will run until August 30. Allows plenty of time to view the exhibition and buy art-inspired lip color.
