He may always be victorious against mummies, but actor Brendan Fraser isn’t so lucky when it comes to keeping his hair. Pictures of the 39-year old Canadian-American actor, best known these days for his starring role in the The Mummy franchise, reveal major hair loss.

According to a popular online Web site, most of Fraser’s hair problems could be hereditary. However, it is also believed that a dependence on hairpieces have made the situation worse. It is believed that Fraser has now turned to hair plugs to restore some fullness to his hairline, but the job was criticized as not being done to look natural.

Fraser’s latest movie due to be released on August 1, 2008 is the third movie in the Mummy series, titled, The Mummy: Tomb of the Dragon Emperor.
