Everyone knows how hard most celebrities work to get back into shape after giving birth and new mom, Jennifer Lopez, is no different. The 38-year old first time mom is reportedly getting up at 4am to start her exercise routine as she tries to get back her figure. According to online reports this is to accommodate the ‘demanding schedule’ having twins calls for.

 

In addition to exercising seven days per week for at least three hours, the actress and singer is said to have stopped eating carbs as well has no longer having sugar.

 

Lopez and husband Marc Anthony recently welcomed boy and girl twins, Max and Emme, in February.
