Another organic skin care line is being expanded with the planned launch of facial products and an allergy-free perfume in the coming year. The line, Jo Wood Organics was started one year ago by Jo Wood, the wife of Rolling Stones guitarist, Ron Wood. The creator said the products are made to give organic skin care a more ‘sexy’ look.

The products, sold under two lines using the Swahilian words, Amka (wake) and Usiku (nighttime), include lotions and body oils. Ingredients used include ecchinacea and gingko biloba, and are said to be devoid of any synthetic ingredients. This has resulted in the products’ shelf life being just nine months.
