There are probably more celebrities who deny using Botox than those who admit to it. Actress and singer Vanessa Williams is in the latter category. The former Miss America revealed sometimes ago that she uses Botox. She however revealed in a recent interview that she fears the dreaded ‘frozen’ look that is usually attributed to the anti-wrinkle injection.

Williams said to the South Florida Sun-Sentinel, “…I`m 46 years old, but I`m still in the game. I work hard at it. I need to look good.” She added, “…I don`t want to be frozen. As an actress I need to have expression in my face.”
