An interesting poll conducted in the UK may be causing many to shake their heads in disbelief while others may be saying, ‘I could have told you that’. One of those women nodding in agreement could be actress Kate Winslet. She has long decried the emphasis on skinny women and embraces her womanly curves.

The poll revealed that the women who are happiest are not the model type with their perfect bodies. That honor goes to women who are size 14 and 12. Of the 3000 women polled, 25 percent of size 14 women answered that they liked how they looked. Size 14 women were also happier with many other aspects of their lives. However, heavier women were not so happy with how they looked or other aspects of their lives.
