By following some easy, introductory steps, you can effectively start your makeup collection without wasting a lot of money.

Falling in love with makeup can turn into an addiction - even if you’ve never been crazy about such items before. Before you go out and spend your dollars on any makeup items, you’ll first want to figure out what kind of look you want to go for. Do you want to wear makeup but in a more natural way or do you want to learn how to master some dramatic looks for those nights out on the town? Avoid overspending and purchasing too much makeup. For example, buying a huge eye shadow palette with dozens of colors may look pretty but for a first timer it can be overwhelming.
